Karen Ferry is an Australian advertising Executive Creative Director, writer and television personality. Her work is shaped by her nuanced cultural insight, delivered with irreplicable subversive wit.
Since starting as a copywriter in 2006, Karen has worked at Sydney's best advertising agencies including Leo Burnett, DDB, The Monkeys and JWT on a wide range of iconic brands including Volkswagen, IKEA, McDonald's, Tourism Australia, Diageo and Samsung to develop behaviour changing ideas and campaigns.
Her work has been awarded 200+ times by D&AD, Cannes, Clios, Effies, London International Awards and others. In 2018 she was a See It Be It delegate for the Cannes International Festival of Creativity. In 2019 and 2020 she was a National Head of AWARD School, Australia's leading and most prestigious folio school.
