Stephanie Bowring

Stephanie Bowring, also known professionally as Cat Bowring, is a half-French half-Canadian singer, songwriter, and actor. She was born in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, and grew up in Saint-Pierre, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, France. She discovered Funk in London, UK, and got into Gospel and Jazz in Paris, France. Back in her place of birth St. John's, Newfoundland, she has been exploring French Gypsy Jazz, while honouring Aretha Franklin with a nine-piece band, and belting it out with the Women of Rock.
