Raquel Virgínia studied history at USP (University of São Paulo) and journalism at Unijorge (Jorge Amado University Center). As a singer and songwriter, she founded the band As Baías and was nominated twice for a Latin Grammy. In 2021, she created Nhaí, a startup that accelerates innovation in companies and brands based on diversity.
