Lydia Pentz

Lydia Pentz is an American actress from Vancouver, Washington. She started in Oregon's Children's Theater when she was only five. Since then, she's done local theater for over a decade. Her first on-set experience was as a body double on NBC's Grimm (2017), after which she fell in love with on-screen acting. Her first feature film was Trapped (2025), in which she plays the lead role. She also appears in numerous other projects, including The Death of Snow White (2025), The Wilde Girls (2025), A Simple Machine (2025), as well as various other projects.
