Kayla Pfeiffer

Chef Kayla Pfeiffer is a 2025 James Beard Emerging Chef semifinalist, Food Network Chopped Champion, and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. She is the chef/owner of Bicyclette Cookshop and Thank You Kindly in Naples, Florida, and a leading voice in the evolution of contemporary Florida dining.

Bicyclette Cookshop has received national and regional recognition, including being named one of USA Today's Best New Restaurants of 2025 and earning honors from Gulfshore Life as one of the region's Best New Restaurants. Pfeiffer's cooking is defined by technical precision and a playful, high-low sensibility, grounded in Florida's agricultural landscape and shaped by global influences.

In 2026, Pfeiffer will open Heyday Cookshop, a chef-residency restaurant with a hi-fi listening room and a natural wine and vermouth program, conceived as a cultural hub for chefs, farmers, and guests. Across all of her work, Pfeiffer builds restaurants that are personal, collaborative, and deeply rooted in community, reflecting her belief that food is both craft and connection.
