Kate Ford was born in Salford, England as Kate Elizabeth Ford. She is an actress, known for Coronation Street (1960), Paul O'Grady: For the Love of Dogs (2012) and Club Le Monde (2002). Kate was formerly married to Jon Connerty and adopted his surname during their marriage. The couple have a son together, who was born in 2008 and split up in September 2013. Their divorce was finalised two years later, in 2015.
Kate supports the Green Party of England & Wales and took part in one of their campaigns to boycott wearing all fur.
