Ellie Bamber

Ellie Bamber knew from an early age she was an entertainer. When she was only 13, she was personally chosen by Sir Trevor to be in his production of the Andrew Llyod Webber musical Aspects of Love as Young Jenny, performing at The Menier Chocolate Factory in London. Bamber's first on-screen appearance was two years later, when she appeared in the 2012 crime drama TV miniseries A Mother's Son as the character Olivia. Though she has taken on more tv roles lately, she continues to return to the stage, playing the lead of angsty teen Dinah Lord in the musical comedy High Society and in 2017 to play Hilde in The Lady from the Sea. Bamber's performance in the later earned her the Best Newcomer in a Musical nomination for the Evening Standard Theatre Awards. In 2022, she took on the role of 'Dove' for the tv series Willow.
