Hiroko Konishi

Born in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture, Hiroko Konishi was raised in Shonan and Hiratsuka, Kanagawa. She studied flute from early childhood, pursued fine arts at Sagami Women's University Junior College, and later graduated from Chuo University with a degree in law.
Known for her distinctive, mellow vocal style, she has voiced many lead and main characters across numerous anime, games, variety shows, and commercials. Her notable works include Ojarumaru (NHK), You're Under Arrest, Dr. Slump, Super Radical Gag Family, Sexy Commando Gaiden: Sugoiyo!! Masaru-san, Digimon, and many more.
In addition to her voice acting career, she writes and plans editorial content for iRONNA (Sankei Digital), where she independently produces the entire structure of her column, Hiroko Konishi's Second Opinion. She also appears on television as a commentator, utilizing her legal background.
Passionate about moral education and the arts, she runs private seminars focusing on executive skills development from early childhood, as well as training in acting, voice work, and musical performance.
As a musician, she writes lyrics, composes, performs, records, and produces her own music—demonstrating a truly multifaceted talent.
