Pat Petersen was born on August 9, 1966 in Los Angeles, California. He is best know for playing Michael Fairgate on the long running prime-time soap/drama, Knots Landing from its first episode in 1979 until the last episode in 1991. Petersen came back to reprise his role in 1997's, Knots Landing: Back To The Cul-de-Sac.
Peterson's brother, Chris Petersen was also a former actor. Pat retired from acting after Knots Landing to run a health-food business and he is married with two children.
