Allan Dobrescu was born in Quebec, Canada and speaks fluent French and English. He was born with and lives with cerebral palsy and is an advocate for disability inclusiveness in the film and television industry. In 2015 he took the role of Charlie Gerhardt in season 2 of the television drama, Fargo. Allan also played, tech Darrin Amalia in season 1 & 2 of the Fox medical drama, Doc.
