In this episode of Tough as Nails titled "Zink about It", which aired on July 7th, the contestants start their third team challenge, which was to assemble a trailer frame that had to be dipped in zinc. It turned out to be a close race with Savage Crew narrowly edging out Dirty Hands to get the win. After the challenge was over, and the teams were driving back, Jessica started fighting with Paul over how he had treated her at the challenge. He apologized and explained that he had just gotten too excited in the heat of the moment. The next day, the contestants came back for the individual challenge, where they had 90 minutes to try and assemble a structure that could hold up more then 1 ton of weight for 10 seconds. If the structure collapsed before the 10 seconds was up, the contestant would be judged on how long the structure held. Paul won this challenge and earned $3,000 while Yesi and Jessica had the worst times in the challenge and were forced to compete in overtime. The overtime challenge was assembling a metal sculpture of an eagle. Yesi and Jessica were both evenly matched, but Yesi made a mistake on the wing, and chose to undo the entire wing rather than just the part that was wrong, and it slowed her down to the point that Jessica could beat her, so Yesi became the second contestant to punch out of the individual competition.
