In this episode of Tough as Nails titled "You Can't Always Be the Hammer" the episode opens with Dirty Hands and Savage Crew driving to the team challenge. When they arrive at the area for the challenge, Phil tells them that their task will be to build two sides of a playground for the Native American people. He also reminds Dirty Hands that if they win this challenge, they will win the overall team competition and the $60,000 bonus. Dirty Hands was very far ahead in the challenge, so they were able to pull out the win and ensured themselves the $60,000 in addition to the $12,000 that they had won for the team. The next day, it shifted to the individual competition where each contestant had to put bikes together for the children. Since Kenji had experience working in a bike shop, he was able to build the bikes fast, winning the challenge and the $8,000. Todd and Akeela were the ones left in overtime. The overtime challenge was to create a perch for a metal eagle. Todd's experience with tools allowed him to be faster, so he finished first, and Akeela was forced to punch out of the individual competition.
