John Schneider (The Dukes of Hazzard, Smallville) joins this week to open up on the success he's had in Hollywood over the last several decades through the idea of expecting greatness in one's self, rather than anticipating failure.

Jensen Ackles returns to the show this week to give us an update on the 'actual' shooting of the series finale for Supernatural.

Sarah Edmondson (TheVow) joins us this week and shares her entire experience in NXIVM, a cult connected with Smallville co-star Allison Mack and known for manipulating its members emotionally, financially, and sexually. Sarah talks about how the cult's leaders dismantled the intuition of its followers by erasing their moral compass. Later in the episode Carrie-Anne talks about the joy and support she received while filming the Matrix films, however the freedom while shooting Memento cements it as one of her favorite projects. We also talk about confronting your childhood bullies, her bond with Keanu Reeves, and the importance of empowerment through her brand Annapurna Living.

Néstor Carbonell (Bates Motel, Lost) joins us this week and shares his experience coming from a family of Cuban exiles, following expectations of going to Harvard, and then using leverage to make a name for himself on one of the biggest shows of all time… Lost. Néstor was great this week. We talked about his humble beginnings, and never ‘taking for granted' his countless guest-starring roles. We also talk about his curveball on The Dark Knight, handling rejection, and the funny story of his first gig in a Zest commercial.

Rachel Bilson (The O.C., Jumper) joins us to clarify some important questions we had, like: is farting in a relationship kosher and does coffee constitute dating… In all seriousness, she was great this week. Rachel talked about the idea of listening to how your body responds to certain triggers around past traumas, the importance of taking accountability for your own actions, and how difficult it is to parent (let alone co-parent) in a world full of doom and gloom news cycles. We also get into dating costars and the likelihood that the OC returns in some fashion.

Helen Slater (Supergirl, The Legend of Billie Jean) joins us this week to talk about her experience being thrust into the iconic role of Supergirl at 18 years old and the many different pressures and difficulties that came along with it. Helen was so open this week - she gets candid about her desire to act and the deep fulfillment that she receives in studying mythology.
