Return of the series going behind closed doors with parents and staff at The Rotunda in Dublin. Jade and Keith are preparing to meet their third baby, and Sam and Liam anxiously count down the arrival of twins whose lives are in serious danger due to having their umbilical cords entwined.

For young parents Carrie and Fintan, meanwhile, the arrival of their new baby is bittersweet, as they recall their first child Ellie, who died shortly after birth.
