Frank and Lyman are getting tired of the outrageous demands that the Witches are making on them and the endless amount of work they have to do catering to the witches' whims.

As Frank and Lyman settle into their new roles as kings of the Isle of Flying Monkeys, the Wicked Witch and Wilhelmina drive one another crazy.

Wilhelmina gets jealous of Dorothy having Toto as a pet. When she hears about the Oz Pet Show, she decides to create a fierce and beastly pet of her own that will win the show!

Dorothy and friends have a wonderful day playing an Ozian version of lawn bowling; their nice day is interrupted when Melinda the Mean and her grotesque sidekick Sassy get a load of all the lollygagging that's going on with the Munchkins.

The Wicked Witch sets a trap for Dorothy and her friends on a carnival roller coaster, sending them down to an underground land beneath Oz.

The Wicked Witch steals a potion from Dr. Pipt that can combine three things into one and tries to use it on Dorothy and the gang.

When Ozma holds a fancy dress-up party at Emerald Castle, everybody who's anybody shows up. Including Wilhelmina, in disguise as "Sandra St. Nice" and clearly up to something.

Going to a picnic, Dorothy and friends come upon Blinkie, a former witch who lost her powers. Dorothy invites Blinkie along and is overjoyed at the fun and friendship and is invited back the next week, to the dismay of the Wicked Witch.

The Wicked Witch is getting tired of the Wizard's newfound honesty. She liked it better when he was a cheat and a schemer. So she slips him a gold coin that'll give him a little magical nudge that makes him more like his old self again.

Getting jealous of Wilhelmina's pet Salvador, the Wicked Witch decides she should have a creature of her own.

The Wicked Witch follows a clue on the silver slippers to Emerald City Clock Tower, putting all the guards in her way to sleep. But she gets more than she bargained for when she awakens the Quox, a giant beast beneath Emerald City!

When a meteor comes crashing to Oz, Dorothy and the gang discover that it contains a clue that could lead them to the location of the silver slippers, all the way up on the moon!

When they put all the clues of the silver slippers together, Dorothy and friends discover that the answer is through the hole in the ground the Quox made and on the bottom side of the world, where the Silver Fortress awaits them.

The Wicked Witch has taken the silver slippers and now the entire Silver Fortress and its silver army is under her command!

When the Wicked Witch tries to steal a Yoop egg, an Ozian giant, the Yoop's parents interfere and the egg winds up in Munchkinland!

The Wicked Witch decides she needs an army to replace the one that she lost and sets her sights on the all-female all-dancing army of General Jinjur.

When Tin Man is responsible for a series of stopped crimes and rescues, Dorothy remarks how much he reminds her of a superhero from the comic books back in Kansas.

With the Wicked Witch becoming more of a threat, Dorothy, Glinda, and the gang go to Tattypoo, the retired Good Witch of the North to see if she'll come out of retirement to help them fight against the Wicked Witch of the West.

With the Wicked Witch run amok with power, Dorothy decides that enough is enough and she's got to find a way to stop the silver slippers.

Dorothy and the gang retreat back to Oz to inform everyone what's happened: the Wicked Witch of the East is back!
