In the first issue, pastry chefs will show their skills working with sweet flowers. We will learn how to create edible floral masterpieces from simple materials from the King of Desserts program.

Gingerbread artisans will create unique works and try to prove that they are worthy of the title of "king of desserts". Participants will make 3D portrait gingerbread and build gingerbread skyscrapers. The sweets will be evaluated by Renat Agzamov, Nikolai Gagarin and Artyom Valentinov. In this issue, a team of professionals will compete with a team of amateurs in the ability to work with caramel. The pastry chefs will have to show in 2 hours what techniques they know. The participants of the "King of Desserts" project will show what masterpieces they can make from dough. The contestants will have to make any bakery product in 2 hours and create an edible sculpture using at least 5 types of dough.
