Aki and Äijä's early winter trip is no exception, as the duo are joined by Jukka Hildén, an experienced entertainment professional, and two dogs - pom poms Rex and Bandit. They go ice fishing in the breathtaking scenery around Lake Porojärvi, let the dogs enjoy the snow, and build a spa section - although not without some mishaps. The group's adventure is a roller coaster of both terrain and emotions, and the trip makes Jukka reflect on the meaning of nature for himself. The trip comes to a touching conclusion when Jukka gets to fulfill his wish with a beloved family member.

The dog Äijä is visited by an energetic duo, doctor and wellness influencer Pippa Lauka and the dog Junnu. Australian kelpie Junnu gets to admire the stunning landscapes in Norway with her owner. At the end of the day's hiking, Pippa refreshes her skills in pitching a tent. The group's trip is also spent fishing in beautiful landscapes and discussing life's challenges and opportunities. Before the trip home, Pippa and Junnu both get to swim in a clear mountain lake.

Äijä the dog and Aki Huhtanen meet motorcyclist and world champion Emma Kimiläinen and Tyson the dog in Kilpisjärvi. Aki takes Emma, who loves speed sports, to go rafting and try fly fishing. For rescue dog Tyson, water sports are a new experience, but fortunately, the experienced Äijä is with him, with whom he quickly finds common ground. The next day, there is another hiking trip in the beautiful scenery, and Tyson gets a small task from Aki.

Journalist and restaurateur Sari Helin travels to Kilpisjärvi with her Australian Shepherd Pluto to be a guest of Äijä the dog and Aki Huhtanen. The autumn trip to the Könkämäeno River offers the southern guests a huge surprise with fly fishing, a night in a tent and an unforgettable show in the night sky. The nature of Kilpisjärvi sensitizes and stops Sari, and she is in no hurry to return home. The dog friends Äijä and Pluto also enjoy doing activities together in a warm harmony.

The dog mom welcomes TV presenter, radio personality and social media influencer Shirly Karvinen and Yorkshire Terrier Pena. Winter is coming to Kilpisjärvi, so the guests will be able to experience an ice-fishing trip for the first time. A day spent in the peace of the fell nature will culminate in a well-deserved culmination at a wilderness cabin with fish soup cooked by Aki. An experience awaits Shirly, who is excited about the experience: how will a night alone in the wilderness go? Before the trip home, Pena will try out her skills in fell agility.

Host and social media influencer Tommi Manninen heads to Kilpisjärvi with his Norwich Terrier Rane. The winter and darkness of the fells take their toll, but Tommi trusts Aki's experience in both ice fishing and sleeping outdoors. In the evening, Tommi shows off his wilderness cooking skills by the campfire. The brave Rane also accepts the challenge and spends the night with his owner in a tent in the middle of a snowstorm. The next day, they try their luck at fishing, and Rane also gets to use his sharp terrier nose.
