There comes a time when the oldest and most trusted farm equipment can no longer wrestle with the problems at Clover Farm.

With their bank manager wanting to discuss the farm's overdraft, Sid and Vic hatch a dinner party plan to put the issue to rest.

Vic, on a trip home to Wales, gets into trouble and his brother arrives to help Sid on the farm. It looks set to be a long and busy night...

Sid and Vic can't resist a challenge, especially after eight pints of bitter. But will the bitter get the better of the Clover two?

Sid's sporting activities are usually of the indoor sort, after dark, but Vic tricks him into playing cricket for the Vicar's XI. Sid thinks it'll be a doddle - until Freddie Truman turns up for the opposition!
