Now the former boss is back at Millwall, reliving his time in front of the cameras and seeing how the experience changed both him and the club.

Jacqueline Gold, chief executive of Ann Summers, joins staff on the shop floor for the second time in her career, as her adult retail empire launches its latest store. In 2001, cameras followed her for behind-the-scenes documentary series Back to the Floor. Now she is reliving the experience and seeing how it helped her become the success she is today.

In 2002, the Trouble at the Top series followed him as he set up a health club and fell out with his business partner.
