When a coconut clobbers Dr. Chaffee (Roger Bowen), Dr. Sean assumes his practice. He tells the sophisticated Mrs. Wheeler (Jane Adrian) that she has fleas, and then suggests to Mr. Ormiston (Calvin C. Wiel) that his itchy scalp is caused by his toupee. Meanwhile, Mrs. Gruber (Nancy Kulp), the landlady, is threatened with a lawsuit by Dr. Chaffee over the coconut.
