In a powerful series of short films celebrities open up about their fight with cancer. Mark Gatiss remembers the pain of losing his mother and sister to cancer.

Eight celebrities join forces in a Stand Up To Cancer special, manning the phones in a unique call centre where the Great British public can phone in for advice on any dilemma, large or small, with no topic off-limits. Kimberley Walsh, Georgia Toffolo, Mo Gilligan, Joel Dommett, Kim Woodburn, Louie Spence, Rachel Riley and Tyger Drew-Honey are the all-star agony aunts and uncles advising on everything from how to get through a break-up, to extra-marital affairs, and the perils of online dating. In the process, they also open up about their own life experiences, and the challenges and heartache they've faced.

Adam Hills, Alan Carr and Maya Jama host a star-studded night of fundraising. Joining them are a raft of famous faces, all coming together to raise funds for vital cancer research. Celebrity Gogglebox returns; Michael Bublé and James Corden star in Carpool Karaoke for SU2C, and there are sketches, appearances and performances from a host of names including John Legend, Liam Gallagher, Louis Tomlinson, Little Mix, Gareth Southgate, The Muppets, Stephen Merchant, Gary Lineker, Rita Ora, Sharon Horgan, Matthew McConaughey, Jon Hamm, Davina McCall, David Mitchell, Kate Beckinsale, Chris O'Dowd, Jamie Oliver, Tom Walker, Backstreet Boys and many more. Plus Travel Man's Richard Ayoade and Bake Off's Noel Fielding are on hand all night to explain the incredible science funded by SU2C. A bunch of celebrities sit down for tonight's first edition of Celebrity Gogglebox, Jamie Oliver shows viewers how easy it is to donate, Sting and Shaggy take each other on in a special SU2C challenge, and there's the first of tonight's stunning music performances.

The stars align for Celebrity Gogglebox. Comedy legend Stephen Merchant shows viewers how their donations are put to work, Gary Lineker opens up about his family's brush with cancer, Tom Walker performs his hit single Leave a Light On, and a galaxy of stars - including Killing Eve's Jodie Comer, Mamma Mia's Lily James, Game of Thrones' Sophie Turner, Downton Abbey's Michelle Dockery and Hollywood heavyweight Liam Neeson throw their weight behind the campaign.

Davina McCall tasks Jamie Laing and Spencer Matthews with creating an A-list charity single featuring their most famous friends.
