Tori and Dean's relationship falls into familiar patterns after returning from vacation and a potential pregnancy forces unanswered questions to the forefront.

Tori decides to purge a massive warehouse of belongings in order to provide for her family amidst financial turmoil. An unexpected discovery prompts Tori to reach out to her ex-husband Charlie, while Tori and Dean wrestle with their relationship as they contemplate a life-altering medical decision.

Tori pursues her past in an effort to control the only aspect of life she can, while Dean battles his own demons to the best of his ability. A sobering realization leaves their marriage hanging in the balance.

When Tori plans a party for Dean's oldest son, Jack, she's forced to face her tumultuous past with Dean's ex-wife, Mary Jo.

As Tori attempts to move on following one of the most devastating chapters of her life, she is now focused on healing herself and dealing head-on with the issues that have plagued her for years. Cameras will capture this raw, unfiltered journey as she addresses everything from her family relationships to her business ventures, all while juggling four kids and salvaging her marriage. While much of the chaos of last spring is seemingly behind her, there still exists a tremendous amount of work ahead for Tori as she struggles to find her true self.

Tori and Dean take steps to get their professional and personal lives back on track; however, new issues surface that threaten to derail their whole relationship.

After confronting two of her most contentious relationships, Tori is faced with her biggest decision to date.  Dean breaks down shattering promises, and Tori's greatest fear becomes a reality.

When Tori is sent to the hospital, both she and Dean must face their issues head-on in order to decide if they will stay together and if they will continue to document their lives on television.
