The exterior is in great condition, but the interior is crumbling, and the massive original cooking fireplace needs some serious attention. Jeff and his team attempt to restore the fireplace to its original condition and remove the ceiling boards to expose the original rafters, but they run into problems when they try to repurpose the ceiling boards as flooring on the ground level.
