Lean, mean, and zero fluff — no polite history lesson, just raw violence, dark humor, mystic weirdness, and nonstop tension with Game of Thrones energy and a uniquely British twist. Strong ensemble (Kelly Reilly, Mackenzie Crook, Nikolaj Lie Kaas), stylish direction, and that unforgettable soundtrack. It knows exactly what it is and delivers hard.
Not historically pure, but pure, pulse-pounding entertainment. Exactly the kind of no-apologies fantasy drama we needed. Highly recommended.

Quite boring, at time I thought it was comedy one was enough.
