Upload is a sci-fi sitcom that takes place in the near future, where people who are near death can be "uploaded" into a virtual afterlife of their choice. In 2033, secretly romantic Brooklyn-born Nora works customer service for a luxurious virtual reality environment. When handsome L.A. party boy Nathan's self-driving car crashes, his high-maintenance girlfriend uploads him permanently into Nora's VR world. Nora starts as Nathan's customer service "angel", but becomes so much more as she helps him find friendship, love and purpose.

Why so few episodes? There should have been 10 or even more. Not only 7. I didn't like ending on the complete middle of an episode or arc.
Love the series though. Just want more of it and now nervous about it being renewed.
Let's face it, if I had a nickel for every great series that ended a season on a cliffhanger only to be cancelled abruptly I could afford to make all my bills on time and have a much better credit rating.
I am so impressed by this series! They did a great job! Looking forward to season 2!
