The Real Full Monty - Episode Guide

Alexander Armstrong and Ashley Banjo lead a group of male celebrities as they recreate the famous striptease from The Full Monty to raise awareness of men's health issues.

Under the guidance of choreographer Ashley Banjo, the guys recreate the famous post office scene from the original film, released 20 years ago, in an attempt to lose some of their inhibitions and gain confidence ready for the performance of their lives, all in aid of raising awareness for prostate and testicular cancer. The guys have just six days of rehearsals to learn the choreography and gain the confidence to strip, ready for the moment of truth in front of 2000 people at ‘The London Palladium'.The brave celebrities taking part are: McFly drummer, Harry Judd, TOWIE star, Elliott Wright, ballet dancer, Wayne Sleep, former Olympic swimmer, Mark Foster, Emmerdale actor, Matthew Wolfenden, TV presenter, Dom Littlewood, and Death in Paradise and Red Dwarf actor, Danny John Jules, plus host Alexander Armstrong.

One of the biggest TV hits of 2017 is back for a full frontal extravaganza, and this time it is in Sheffield, the home of the original Full Monty. Ashley Banjo and Alexander Armstrong's even bigger and bolder show features TV presenter Jeff Brazier, former rugby international Ugo Monye, TOWIE star James Argent, The Wanted's Tom Parker, ex-footballer John Hartson, celebrity chef Ainsley Harriot and former EastEnder Johnny Partridge, who will perform to raise awareness of men's cancers.

This 'sister' show to 'The Real Full Monty' follows Coleen Nolan, broadcaster Victoria Derbyshire, Emmerdale actress Sally Dexter, reality TV star Megan McKenna, former Liberty X singer Michelle Heaton, actress Helen Lederer, TV legend Ruth Madoc and presenter Sarah-Jane Crawford as they produce and perform an unforgettable and special one-off show.

Alexander Armstrong and Ashley Banjo are joined by King of the Jungle Joe Pasquale, Love Island winner Jack Fincham, Emmerdale's Kelvin Fletcher, snooker legend Willie Thorne, Crimewatch's Rav Wilding, Dancing on Ice star Matt Evers, ex-Chelsea footballer Jason Cundy and Strictly Come Dancing's Gorka Marquez - who all have personal reasons for taking part as they prepare to put on their dancing shoes.

Ashley Banjo takes on his toughest challenge yet as he prepares celebrities to recreate the striptease scene from the film on a skating rink to highlight the importance of checking the body for signs of cancer. Rehearsals started back in September for this Christmas spectacular, with half of the participants having never skated before and the country in the midst of a pandemic.
