John takes a street food tour, is welcomed in to a family home to help his host stuff pigeons and learns the secret of one of his favourite recipes, falafel. With all the sights and sounds and flavours of Cairo still fresh in his mind John cooks up a Middle eastern Classic, Kofta, in front of the pyramids.
