No Man's Land - Episode Guide

A young Parisian couple are embarking on fertility treatment when the man, Antoine, becomes convinced he saw his sister in news footage from Syria. The same sister who supposedly died two years before. He makes a rash decision.

Three childhood friends from London, Iyad, Paul and Nasser enter the fray. Antoine finds himself in the middle of a fire fight and recalls the aftermath of his sister Anna's death. A dedicated Kurdish YPJ soldier, Sarya, is sent on a new mission.

The Jihadis are keen to prove their dedication to the caliphate but struggle to cut ties with their pasts and lives back home. After proving himself useful, an international crew of YPJ volunteers take Antoine under their wing.

Light is shed on what happened in Antoine's family before Anna disappeared. In the present, Sarya gives Antoine weapons training and they begin to understand each other. ISIS mount a ferocious attack on a village.

Sarya's past begins to come into focus as she finally lets her guard down with Antoine. The ISIS fighters seem to be on a roll and Nasser is rewarded with a high stakes introduction to ‘The Libyan'.

A few years earlier, in Cairo. Anna then worked in the department of archeology and Egyptology at an American university and was soon to participate in excavations in Iran. The mysterious Stanley turns up somewhere unexpected.

Antoine makes a huge discovery and must make a crucial decision. Nasser, Paul and Iyad reach the capital of the Islamic State where Nasser does his best to protect his friends.

Antoine and Sarya's unit get split up in the field. In the ISIS camp, Paul demands a reckoning. Stanley still has a few tricks up his sleeve.

While on a reconnaissance mission, Anna rescues a young girl who was sold as a slave. In Texas, a young teacher suspects that her ex-boyfriend has joined ISIS.

In an attempt to recruit Nisrine to the YPJ, Anna begins giving her military training. Nasser befriends Jake, the head of ISIS' financial committee, and acquires vital intelligence about him.

After a shocking death, Sarya decides to return Nisrine to the refugee camp. Jake tries to convince Ellie to join him in Syria.

As part of an FBI sting operation, Ellie lands in Iraq to lure Jake into a trap.

The YPJ prepares to launch an attack on a camp where ISIS holds the kidnapped women. Ellie discovers the consequences of living under ISIS rules.

Nasser carries out his plan to escape the Islamic State, and Nisrine leaves the YPJ in a desperate attempt to find her mother by herself.

Sarya sacrifices everything to help Nisrine and free the kidnapped women. As ISIS searches for a traitor, the noose tightens around Nasser's neck.

Sarya and her comrades prepare to attack the Sabaya camp, but the wrong timing might lead to a catastrophe.
