We follow the build and delivery team as they inspect every inch of a brand new Airbus A350 and make sure everything is absolutely perfect before agreeing to take delivery. Meanwhile back at Heathrow, the overnight ops team investigate technical faults on two of BA's short haul aircraft and burn the midnight oil to make sure they're available for the morning service.
