Following a wild bar fight near the marina, the gang is worried they might get fired. The next day, it's Lyle's birthday and his roommates surprise him with a boat, a keg and a beach party he'll never forget.

Lyle begins to develop feelings for Mattie, and the pressure of juggling two women in the house drives him to have a serious talk with Lauren. Ryan makes a mortifying mistake after taking a swig out of a stray whiskey bottle.

After Mattie turns into her alter-ego, Martha, her argument with Tiffany turns physical. To relieve the tension in the house, the gang heads out to the country and makes dry ice bombs to blow things up.

Lyle's jealousy over Mattie's booty popping leads to severe heartburn that leaves Lyle literally foaming at the mouth. After Mattie brings home her new crush, Tiffany throws fuel on the fire and pushes Lyle to his limit.

When Mattie discovers that Lyle's been twisting the truth about their relationship, she confronts him head on. Tiffany finally brings a man home, but keeping him there is a lot harder than she expected.

Settling into their new digs in Athens, Georgia proves to be no easy feat for the gang. Wild Lyle makes an early appearance, and takes a beating for it from one his roommates. The guys mess around with Daddy, but take it too far and push him to his limit.

The gang starts their new job and gets wild in downtown Athens while checking out the local party scene. Daddy struggles to hide his secret about Lil' Bit, and when she gushes about her boyfriend, he finally explodes.

Everybody seems ready to move on from the aftermath of last night's fight between Daddy and Lil' Bit, but as more details start trickling out, the ongoing drama threatens to destroy several more friendships.

Now that the truth about Daddy and Lil' Bit has come out, she's dead set on going home. The rest of the roomies hope a four-wheeling trip and a wild night on the town could be enough to keep the house together.

Daddy's friends arrive to cheer him up. Tiffany distances herself from Hunter, and finds comfort in the arms of another. Murray gets lucky in a bathroom and Lil Bit reaches her limit.

Lil Bit's boyfriend, Grant, comes to town and meets the family. Daddy promises to be nice, but all the roommates beg to differ. Tiffany calls Hunter to straighten out their rocky relationship.

Hurricane Martha hits Athens when Mattie's partying ways start to effect the whole house--and one roommate in particular. Lyle decides he needs to step up his marlin hunting game with some help from Ryan.

It's the last days of vacation and it's crazy as ever in Athens, Georgia. Martha tries to ruin Mattie's birthday and Lyle gets in a fight with a wall… and loses. But that ain't nothin' compared to who ends up in Daddy's bed.

As the roommates arrive in Biloxi, Mississippi for another wild vacation, they quickly realize they're a Lil' Bit short of eight people. But the party must go on, especially for Daddy, who pursues not one, but two of his roommates.

Walt and Daddy continue their competition to see who can get to Hott Dogg's buns first. After a surprise marriage proposal goes off the rails, two roommates shock the house when they end up in bed together.

Things get crazy on Boudreaux's Birthday... Lyle makes out with a lobster, his cake crash lands in the pool, and Hott Dogg wakes up in someone else's bed.

Tiffany and Lauren explode on Hannah after she douses them with soda. Daddy comes to her rescue and gets her out of the line of fire. To make amends, Hannah cooks her signature spaghetti for family dinner.

Daddy goes mano-a-mano with the entire house. Tiffany, Lauren and Hannah have a bonding day at a nail salon. While back at home, Terror Twins Walt and Murray fire the first shots in a prank war against Hott Dogg.

Lyle and Mattie come to terms with their late-night make-out session. At a kooky country bar, Daddy makes a quick buck then struggles to get Hot Dog into bed. Lauren's friends make a visit, including one who has a history with Walt.

After surviving another round of Hurricane Martha, the roommates recognize that Hott Dogg might have feelings for Daddy. They hope to get through to him before it's too late.

Lyle pushes Walt to his boiling point, while Hott Dogg's feelings for Daddy boil over and emotions run high. To let off steam, the whole gang heads to Louisiana where a Martha storm starts brewing.

The gang heads to New Orleans where Mattie meets a new man, Daddy tries HARD to impress Hott Dogg, and Tiffany receives news that may end her vacation for good.

A fight is sparked between housemates after Hannah confronts Daddy about what will become of their romance once the summer ends. And while the gang gets dirty at a massive mud fest, Daddy gets out of control and goes toe to toe with Murray.

Mattie gets down n' dirty at a mudding bikini contest, Hannah faces off with Martha, and the gang blows it out on their final night as they say goodbye to Biloxi.

The trip to Miami gets off to a great start until the sun goes down and shots get poured. When Mattie goes missing, Don "Daddy" Johnson is on the case. Back at the house, Lyle makes a life-changing decision.

Lyle's girlfriend, Santana, comes to visit but little does she know her life is going to change forever. All of the roommates come together to plan the most perfect marriage proposal for Lyle.

Lyle gets an answer for his proposal and the gang throws Mattie an 80s skating birthday party. Tiffany learns some troubling news about Hannah's boyfriend, Cody. Martha redecorates the boys' bedroom.

It's the last weekend in St. Pete and the roommates want to go out with a bang. Single Lauren hits the town, Murray catches a shark, Walt brings home an animal lover and Hannah confronts Cody about his infidelity.

The cast gets together to rehash their latest vacation in St. Petersburg, Florida… the good, the bad, and the hurricanes.

The crew arrives at their beautiful new vacation house in Savannah, Georgia; Lauren and Tiffany struggle to keep an explosive secret from Lyle, while Murray and Hannah must console Mattie.

The house becomes devided when a secret comes out about Lyle's finacee that Tiffany and Lauren have major issues with. Lyle is then forced to make a decision thta could change his life forever.

After healthy input from her roommates Mattie makes a decision regarding her relationship with DJ. Feeling like she's missing out, Hannah invites her boyfriend Cody to the house so she can get some lovin' too. Lyle learns new information from Santana.

Lyle gets a shocking text from Santana. The gang goes ghost hunting and may bring home more than they bargained for. Mattie has to choose between her room mates and her family back home.

Wild Lyle returns in full force when the gang decides to take a weekend vacay to a NASCAR race. But after some unexpected news about Santana, Lyle goes off the deep end and lands in an ambulance, rushing to the hospital.

As Lyle spends time in the hospital, Mattie gives Santana a piece of her mind. Lauren flips her lid and the whole kitchen pays for it. But she's got something extra special in mind for Walt. When Murray's friend comes to visit, things get wild.

Lyle Officially breaks it off with Santana over the phone.The crew bets on their Segway race, boys versus girls. The losers must become their opponents' servants for a day. A newly-single Lyle rekindles old desires in Mattie. Will history repeat itself?

Bubba surprises Tiffany with an unexpected visit, but Tiffany isn't sure how things will go after their recent arguments; after being rejected by numerous men at the bar, Hurricane Martha threatens the shores of Savannah.

The cast says goodbye to Savannah and to each other for the last time; old wounds open up between Tiffany and Bubba; Santana attempts to win back Lyle; the crew buries a time capsule in the backyard.
