Day 1: To Naoetsu Station to see the ultimate EKIBEN
Japanese love EKIBEN, lunch boxes made especially for eating in trains. While most EKIBEN are sold at kiosks inside the stations, at Naoetsu Station in Niigata Prefecture, the old style of standing on the platform and selling EKIBEN still takes place. It is called TACHIURI, and is considered the ultimate EKIBEN. Many Japanese tourists visit Naoetsu Station just to buy EKIBEN from the TACHIURI. 
The daredevil witnesses the TACHIURI man on the platform selling lunchboxes to passengers as they board, and she also finds out that his EKIBEN are made in his kitchen located right in front of the station. We take a close look at what goes on behind the scenes.

Day 2: Behind the scenes of the ultimate EKIBEN
The daredevil's first mission is to get EKIBEN ingredients from the local market. At 6 in the morning, she goes to the market alone and completes her first mission. When she returns from the market, they start cooking in the kitchen. During the busy season, chefs sometimes make as many as 1,000 EKIBEN a day. We'll get a close look at the skills of the chefs as well. The hands of those who put the EKIBEN ingredients into the boxes move at lightning-fast speed! Softpomz does her best to keep up.

Day 3: TACHIURI - Softpomz sells EKIBEN on the platform
The train stops for 10 minutes at the station and that's your only chance for TACHIURI. Softpomz carries a heavy box to the platform to make sure everything's ready when the train arrives. She has been given the task of selling 10 EKIBEN. She does her best to get the attention of the passengers with her loud yet charming voice and big smile as she runs along the platform. Will she be able to carry out her difficult mission?

Day 1: Experiencing life in the deep snow of freezing Gokayama
Gokayama is a World Heritage Site where residents spend their winters in snow over 2 meters deep. In exchange for accommodation in a traditional house with a thatched roof, Softpomz tries her hand at shoveling the heavy snow off the roof.

Day 2: Make use of the heavy snow
The snow here is used as a natural refrigerator to store vegetables. People even grow vegetables under the snow. By digging down 2 meters into the snow, the vegetables from the garden below can be harvested. The vegetables get sweeter under the snow. Plants convert their starches to sugars to protect their tissues from freezing. When the snow gets deep, it's time for the locals to focus on making washi - traditional Japanese paper. Softpomz also tries her hand at this ancient craft. 
The people in this area take advantage of the heavy snow, creating a natural bleaching process called yuki-sarashi (snow bleaching), where plant bark is laid on the snow for ultraviolet ray exposure. This process gives the paper a distinctive white color and higher durability. She discovers the wisdom of the locals' ancestors who use the heavy snow to their advantage.

Day 3: Enjoy the snow
Kamakura is a dome-shaped house made of snow, and Softpomz sees if she can make one in 3 hours. Will she be able to carry out her mission?

Ruizhi, a social media star from China, heads out to the Japanese countryside to help harvest traditional winter delicacies. He tackles Kanten, a food that's made from seaweed and then dried outside in sub-zero temperatures. He catches a kind of whitefish and sorts males from females with his bare hands in freezing spring water. And he gropes for lotus root deep in the wintry mud! If he can accomplish his mission, he may get a chance to sample some classic winter delights. But it won't be easy!

Home moving services in Japan have a reputation for being both thorough and speedy. This time, Chinese social media star Ruizhi gives Japanese moving a try! He begins with a training session. He learns how each and every item is treated with care before getting a chance to work on an actual move. He also helps to move a living tree from one garden to another, and learns how they're carefully kept healthy during the process. Watch Ruizhi master the art of Japanese moving!

Our challenger this time is Ayatar, Japan resident and Thai influencer.
An Ikebukuro, Tokyo, rooftop aquarium is the setting for his harrowing mission. Alongside 8 aquarium keepers he'll have to scoop out a jaw - dropping 500 moon jellyfish one by one in buckets, clean the entire aquarium by hand, and return the jellies safely to their Tokyo rooftop home. With only 5 hours to finish the job, will they be able to succeed?

Our challenger this time is Ayatar, Japan resident and Thai influencer.
Birds like pigeons and crows can cause real damage. Enter the 1,000-year-old profession of the Takajo, or Japanese falconer. Through their mastery of the fearsome hawk, they use traditional hunting techniques to drive avian pests from urban sites like factories. But will Ayatar be able to master the techniques needed in just 3 days?! His struggle for control over the skies has begun!

Our challenger this time is Haii from Vietnam, a YouTuber living in Japan. Under the tutelage of a canine anti-aging specialist she'll help dogs with aging and obesity related mobility issues. Her first challenge is, "dog fitness," exercising them on a balance ball to keep legs strong. She'll also try to help an elderly dog with a bad leg. Will he be able to walk again?

Our challenger this time is Indonesian YouTuber in Japan, Nario Sen. Alongside a pet detective, who has so many lost cat cases that "cat detective" might be more appropriate, he'll seek out missing felines. Using eyewitness reports and other clues, as well as specialist tools like traps and searchlights, they'll close in on the target. Can he catch a cat?
