Philippe invited 10 comedians to a very special evening . They will have to last 6 hours without laughing. If someone laughs they will be given a yellow card, if they laugh again they will get a red card meaning they are eliminated. There's a 50 000 euros winning prize for the winner's charity of choice. It won't be long before Philippe Lacheau hands out the 3 first yellow cards of the game.

There have already been 3 yellow cards given out in an hour's time. Reem Kherici has pulled out her Joker and plans on making the others break with her performance. The contestants will do anything to push the others over the edge …However, it's Bérengère Krief who could surprise everyone with her Joker.

The game's gone on for more than two hours and 5 yellow cards have been given out. Philippe decides to spice things up with a ‘Défifi' game of adult movies. The contestants try really hard not to laugh, and Inès, Kyan and Alexandra decide to use their Jokers. One of the comedians will be in danger.

Alexandra Lamy who has no yellow card, or has shown any signs of weakness, is very determined to break the other contestants with her crazy Joker! After more than 4 hours of play, the first contestants are eliminated! Finally, Philippe Lacheau has some company in the control room. Things get trickier now for the remaining contestants with the introduction of the smile rule. And the eliminated players put the cat among the pigeons with the first act of revenge.

We're approaching the end of normal time, and the remaining contestants are determined to hang on. But the eliminated players are equally determined to get their revenge by returning to the game one by one and making them crack up.

They've now been playing for over 6 hours, and the last contestants are battling to the death. And the grand final is here. But for the first time on LOL, the staring-each-other-in-the-eyes-without-laughing game is interrupted by an amazing mystery guest!
