A kind and mischievous film about the residents of one Petersburg building. A building is not just a space with a staircase and stucco molding. It's a whole diverse world, with its own heroes, orators, and adventurers. A territory of discoveries, conflicts, compromises, love, friendship, and creativity. Each character has their own truth, which they fight for, finding themselves in absurd situations and ultimately finding happiness.
