DM Abhilash faces a setback in the process of acquiring the land for the Education Town project while DM Pawan takes the lead as the contender for the project.

Supported by his friends SK, Guri & Dhairya, DM Abhilash takes care of Deepa while navigating through professional challenges. ALC Sandeep Ohlan tries to strike a deal with Abhilash in order to get the Education Town project for Pawan.

The rivalry between young Abhilash & Pawan reaches its boiling point on the last day of the mains exam. In the present, DM Abhilash decides against giving up the Education Town project in Rampur resulting in DM Pawan expressing his concerns about the system unabashedly. Abhilash further takes drastic measures.
