Teen Mom Family Reunion - Episode Guide

As Maci and Cheyenne welcome the families to San Diego, Ashley reveals her relationship status with Bar, and a life coach steps in to help the moms sort out their tensions with each other.

Maci plans a fun team-building activity to settle the feud between Ashley and Jade, and an exercise with the group's life coach leads Amber to confess her deep insecurities about motherhood.

The cast begins to let loose and form new friendships while a new dad joins the group. Leah decides to invite someone special to the reunion while Amber opens up about her strained relationship with her daughter.

A challenging obstacle course lands a cast member in the hospital, while Coach Bryant forces the OGs to revisit their tumultuous past. As the group enjoys a backyard BBQ, a controversial cast member arrives, leaving everyone at a loss for words.

After Farrah crashes the cookout and bad-mouths Cheyenne and Cory, Coach Bryant leads an OGs-only emergency session, and the Teen Mom 2 family blows off steam on a girls' boating trip.

Maci and Farrah have a tense sit down. The group does a team building ropes course and Ashley freezes. The group gets disco fever when Briana throws a party. Chey opens up about feeling like an outsider when she first joined the franchise.

The moms & dads split up for an afternoon. While discussing how to keep romance alive in their respective relationships the mom's notice Leah shutting down and try to get her to open up.  Later, Bar woos Ashley at the hot tub and a special guest arrives.

To cap off the trip, the Teen Mom family throws a slumber party, and a special guest joins them for a final dinner and bonfire where they vow to let go of the past and other negativities.

Things get off to an exciting start as Coach B encourage the ladies to face their fears in a thrilling stunt, but navigating Ashley and Briana's feud might be a bigger challenge. 

Tensions are still high between team Briana-Roxanne and team Ashely-Tea; the OG girls get to know Kiaya and Kayla, while Ashley gets some horrible news: her husband Bar could be extradited from jail in Nevada to California.

The tension comes to a head as multiple fights and arguments break out over the course of the night. April is cut off from drinking, a pregnancy rumor spreads around the house, and things get out of control between team Ashley-Tea and team Briana-Roxanne.

The ladies are emotionally drained after the huge fight that went down the night before. Cate and April have an emotional session with Coach B. Briana, Ashley and their moms refuse to make amends with one another as they find out some upsetting news from production that will shake up this reunion.

A rock climbing excursion gives April the chance to step up for Catelynn, Kayla worries about Luke's mom watching her kids, and Kiaya opens up about her father's death.

Kiaya battles her fear of water, Coach B works with the grandmas, the moms react to Ashley's social media posts about Briana, and Christy throws a surprise engagement party for Jade.

Coach B helps Kiaya cope with her dad's passing, Cheyenne organizes an ATV outing with a twist, and Amber opens up about reconnecting with her daughter Leah and losing custody of her son.

Maci arranges a surprise for Amber, Coach B helps Cheyenne and Zach work through some lingering issues after a traumatic year, and the group gathers for a final family dinner.

The moms and grandmas discuss Briana and Ashley's buzzed-about showdown, Jade and Catelynn's healing journeys with their mothers and Maci and Ryan's fractured coparenting relationship.

Coach B helps Maci and Ryan reach a breakthrough in Bentley's needs and hears out Ashley and Tea out, and Kayla and Luke threaten to air each other's dirty laundry.

Cheyenne and Jade host a trip for the moms and their partners in Cartagena, Colombia, where the couples rekindle romance and face their issues with the help of professional life coaches.

The new coaches dive into work with the couples, Taylor and Cory unpack resentment in their relationship, and Jade and Sean face a stressful situation impacting their pre-wedding bliss.

The couples participate in a workshop that puts the building blocks of their relationships in the spotlight, and a sexy lingerie party gets everyone in the mood before a new couple arrives.

Mackenzie arrives at the villa intent on making amends with Cheyenne, the couples engage in a cathartic beach workshop, and Maci and Taylor go on a date after a revealing coaching session.

A new arrival shakes up the villa, the moms challenge the men in a ropes obstacle course, emotions run high in a hypnosis workshop, and a session presses Cheyenne and Mackenzie to interact.

Cheyenne and Mackenzie recover from a tense hypnosis session, and the group lets loose during a party at a rooftop bar, but the fun fizzles for two couples.

Mackenzie and Khes coordinate a traditional Colombian dinner, Cheyenne and Zach meet with Michaiah to discuss their recent fight, and a call from home sparks conflict between Kayla and Ryan.
