Beautiful home and beautiful renovation! Good work Joe & Noel and your team!
I'm very curious, though and wonder what's behind those double doors to the left of the entrance door... AND I'd like to see the other rooms of the house (bedrooms and bathrooms and are there any other spaces that Marlon will need to renovate at some point, perhaps downstairs below the dining area or is all of that part of the garage?). Also - does Marlon have his own family and does his sister & her husband have children, all of whom will be moving in?
