Blue Lock - Episode Guide

Isagi Yoichi, a first-year forward, receives an invitation for Blue Lock. It's a facility to train one world's greatest striker so that Japan can win the World Cup. Isagi and 11 others are assembled in a small room, and they take their first test to decide which of them get to move in to the dorm.

After Isagi hit Kira with the ball at the last second, the latter is eliminated from the Blue Lock. When Isagi asks Bachira why he passed to him, Bachira says that the monster in him told him to do it.

The first selection is coming up and Isagi has to compete with his Team Z against Team X. Can the 11 strikers get together and stand up as a united team against the other team?

Following their defeat against Team X, the players discuss what their weapons are in preparation for the next match against Team Y. However, Isagi struggles to discover his special ability. 

The match between Team Z and Team Y continues. Can Isagi discover his weapon and still win the match for his team?

The next match is against Team Y, led by the Wanima brothers, who can communicate wordlessly. However, after Kuon scores goals, it seems that the opposing team has seen through Team Z's strategy.

After Kuon's betrayal, Isagi's team must make an effort to equalize the score. Chigiri, who wants to quit soccer because of his leg injury, must now make a decision ...

Team Z has to win the next match to avoid elimination. For this purpose, Ego gives them the tip to look for a formula with which they can score a ton of goals.

Although Team Z is at a disadvantage, they are not giving up. In order to stand up to the superior enemy, they have to grow beyond their own abilities to find a new goal formula.

Giving up is out of the question for the guys from Team Z. Kuon watches from the side and begins to ponder ... 

Team Z hast to win to pass the first selection. At the crucial moment, Isagi finally realizes what his goal formula has been missing.

Isagi enters an empty room, but suddenly a holographic goalkeeper appears and a ball shoots out of the wall. The second selection has begun...

35 forwards remain after the 2nd selection at Blue Lock. With a big match against Japan's U-20s in three weeks, Ego announces that the team will be centered around the top 6 players. The tryouts for the rest of the positions begin.

Isagi is chosen as Team A1 along with Nanase and Hiori to play against Team B1, which includes Karasu, Otoya, and Chigiri. While Isagi struggles to find a way into the game, Chigiri and Hiori demonstrate their worth.

Seeing how incompatible Rin and Shidou are, Isagi hopes to take advantage of it. However, his physical abilities are not enough to get him where he needs to be. Then, Hiori suggests that Isagi does the thinking "on reflex."

As Isagi analyzes his new play-style with his team, Reo Mikage's match begins when he is forced to team up with his former friend and ally Nagi and take up the top 6 while proving himself on the field.

The tryouts are complete, and Isagi is chosen for the starting lineup. But Shidou is nowhere to be seen - It turns out Sae has picked him to join the U-20s. while, Ego begins the final training camp, where he discusses the secret of flow.

The exhibition match between Blue Lock and Japan's U-20s has finally kicked off. The first play Bachira and Isagi set up has been swiftly shut down by the U-20s' captain, Aiku, and Isagi finds a new challenge in him.

When Itoshi Sae scores the first goal of the match, the crowd goes wild, making it clear to Team Blue Lock that they're here to watch Sae. Rin changes the strategy and Nagi makes the memorable first goal for Team Blue Lock.

Rin and Sae's sibling match goes to Sae as he takes the ball. But Niko, Karasu, Otoya, and Chigiri set up another goal chance, and Rin scores despite shooting on his non-dominant leg. At 1-2, the U-20s are finally ready to go all out.

Isagi, Bachira, and Chigiri's families are happy to see their sons on the field. Meanwhile, we get a glimpse of what transpired between Rin and Sae. Sae is about to quit the match, but he decides to stay when Shidou is thrown into the fray.

The second part of the fateful game begins. In the U-20 national team, Shidou comes to play, which will represent a big change in the pace of the match and will cause movement on the Blue Lock bench.

Shidou enters the "flow" and unleashes his Big Bang Drive to score another goal. Isagi demands that Ego let them win, and Ego subs Barou in to cause chaos on the field. And the other players start to find their "flow".

As Aiku looks back on why he converted to a defender, the U-20s uses their specialty quick attack. Reo copies Nagi's skill to hold them off. Isagi yields the last step to Rin, which is stolen by Barou who has waited for this chance.

Isagi, Rin, and Barou clash to outplay U-20 defense led by Aiku. Blue Lock Eleven counters Sae Itoshi's attacks with teamwork and explosive plays. Individual brilliance and ambition shine as players drive the game to its thrilling climax.

After the intense match, Isagi, Rin, and the Blue Lock players reflect on their growth. With the project's future at stake, new challenges test their resolve and sharpen their skills, setting the stage for the next phase of their journey.
