Juhi, Rhea's Hindi literature professor, suspects her of cheating in her term essay and fails her. Later, Rhea manipulates Arun, the hostel security guard, to get Juhi's address.

Juhi and Neil's relationship begins to fall through the cracks. Juhi and Rhea's rivalry becomes public after she deliberately humiliates Rhea in class. Rhea visits Juhi's house and meets Neil.

Juhi becomes increasingly suspicious about Rhea after she loses her wedding ring. She notices Rhea wearing her wedding ring and attacks her at the founder's day party. Neil and Juhi have a huge fight.

Juhi goes through emotional turmoil and seeks support from her parents. Anand pays a visit to Rhea. Rhea seduces Neil while Juhi is at her parents' anniversary party.

Neil shows Juhi the picture he found in his pocket. Juhi confronts Anand about the picture and he confesses the truth about Rhea. Rhea reveals her past to Neil. Juhi returns home to a shocking sight.

Sunanda is convinced that there is more to the story and digs deeper into Rhea's life. Anand manages to get Rhea to confess her crime. Rhea attempts to reach out to Juhi, but her hopes are shattered.
