Aethelwynne gets very excited when Swords of the Ancients switches to two-player mode and he gets to play with a second Aethelwynne. However life in the console soon gets strained when the new Aethelwynne upsets the rest of the gang by being rude and selfish, something the first Aethelwynne learns to his cost. Meanwhile Kiki is desperately trying to find ways to hang out with Alexia and Claireparker who keep making excuses to avoid playing with her.

When Claireparker is left on pause in the shopping mall during Return to Zombie City, Alexia spies an opportunity to do a bit of shopping. She persuades the rest of the gang to join her. Just as they discuss what they've bought, their trip is interrupted when Claireparker is unpaused and the Zombies are released. Disaster strikes when they rush back to the console and someone leaves the doors open and some hungry Zombies have now followed them back in. Someone needs to come up with a plan.

The harmony of the console is interrupted with the arrival of a team of footballers from a premiership sports game that has been rented. Although Rex and Riley are excited to see their new console mates Kiki, Claireparker and Alexia are far from happy. Rex and Riley get even more excited when there's an opportunity to join the team - but they have to get through the trial first and there's only space for one person. Friendship turns to rivalry and things only get worse when the prize is revealed to be not all that it seemed.

Claireparker gets into difficulty when she has to learn a cut scene in her game. Luckily Aethelwynne fancies himself as a cutting-edge director and is immediately on hand to help coach her in the subtle art of acting. Meanwhile, Rex is struggling to pass his fruit proficiency test, which is interrupted when Kiki sneaks a bite of some forbidden fruit and becomes massive.

Aethelwynne is suddenly rich after he finds a hoard of gold coins in his game. He tries to employ the rest of the gang as his servants, but when an angry dragon demands the gold he has to find a way to get it back. Meanwhile Alexia goes to great lengths to prove she is better at hiding than Claireparker.

Alexia goes into a tailspin when she realises her demanding parents are coming for dinner. She only decides to invite Aethelwynne from the console, which goes disastrously wrong when he is cursed for stealing an artefact from his game, Alexia's virtual date is kidnapped, Rex ends up serving hairball canapés and Kiki's legs seize up just as she is about to perform a dance from Swan Lake. It just needs Claireparker to save the day - if only she had been invited in the first place.

After she borrows a golden Egyptian idol from her game, Alexia is accused of always taking things without asking. Offended, she decides to live on her own and starts to divide the console in two. Aethelwynne, meanwhile, believes the idol is haunted and he and Rex set about trying to hunt the ghost.

Everyone in the console is excited when the extraordinary Dr Nigiri visits them from the virtual TrainBrain Academy to test their minds. Everyone except Riley that is, who thinks the good doctor might not be everything he says he is. Meanwhile Kiki has her hands full trying to nurse a man-eating plant back to life.

Claireparker is fed up with the chaos in the console, and frustrated that she is the only one who keeps things tidy. Things come to a head when she has the worst morning ever, but after she discovers the reset button hidden behind a panel in her bedroom, she finds a way to take control of life in the console. But other people have an annoying habit of not doing what she wants them to do.

Rex Dynamo is nearing the end of his game, meaning that he will no longer be played and will disappear from the Console. Rex is unaware of his fate but his friends don't have the heart to tell him. Instead they plan a farewell party, and Alexia and Claireparker venture off to get him a suitable leaving gift. Aethelwynne is particularly upset that Rex might be leaving and finds it difficult not to tell him. What will happen to Rex?

Rex gets into a panic when QM tells him his mother is coming to stay. She thinks he is a gaming superhero special agent and he is worried she will be disappointed when she finds out that all he really does is collect apples. Meanwhile, Aethelwynne gets stuck on Spanish mode, which gets very complicated when no one can understand a word he says.

Kiki Nova sneaks a plasma ball into the console from her game and the gang embark on a series of games without the Quartermasters' permission. Disaster looms when Riley and Aethelwynne swap bodies after falling into the transporter during a game of cricket. Despite their best efforts, they cannot swap back.
To make it worse, Riley has to take his promotion exams and Aethelwynne is stuck on a difficult level in Swords Of The Ancients. How will they cope having to play as each other? Will they have to spend the rest of their lives trapped in each other's bodies?

Romford accidentally goes into self-destruct mode and the whole console is threatened with being erased. As the gang race against time to find ways to to reset him, they reminisce about all the good times they had with Romford. With no solution presenting itself and the timer counting down, Aethelwynne and Alexia decide to take matters into their own hands for the good of everyone. They secretly sneak Romford into the Troll King's Lair. But when the others find out, they are not happy that one of their friends has been abandoned. Now the gang have to rescue Romford and defuse him. They come up with a plan - but it looks like it is going to cost Aethelwynne his Mythril underpants.
Season 2

With the QM away, Aethelwynne discovers a stack of cheat codes for 'Swords of the Ancients', and soon finds that his game is a lot more fun when you have infinite lives and maximum magic. But there are some unexpected side effects to cheating, and soon a strange visitor turns up in the console with a terrible warning. Meanwhile, Romford spends all of Riley's credits on getting himself 'blinged out', much to his partner's annoyance.

Alexia and Claireparker are driving the rest of the team mad with their constant childish competitions to prove which one of them is the best.
Meanwhile, Romford and Riley unwittingly bring a terrifying bug into the console after a session of online play. They are instructed by the Quartermaster to fumigate the console, whilst the rest of the gang hide away in the training room. To make it more bearable, the training room will become a country meadow and they can have a camping holiday.
What with Aethelwynne's bad packing, Alexia and Claireparker's constant competing, and Rex's return to nature, it isn't a restful holiday by any means, and they are desperate to return to the console. But how long will it take Romford and Riley to get rid of the bug?

A lightning storm in the real world has a disastrous effect on Claireparker, when everyone in the console seems to forget she even exists. It will take all her skill and ingenuity to make herself memorable before she disappears forever.

After entering the portal, Sgt Riley realises something is not quite right with the gang and that he has accidentally entered a parallel console. At first it seems far better than home, but after a while the novelty begins to wear off. Meanwhile, the gang and the newly powerful Kiki have to slow Rex down after he eats a super-speed pear in his game.

Alexia receives a gift from her Russian uncle: a red jigsaw block. But the block starts multiplying, and soon the console is overrun with coloured shapes falling out of the air. Can the gang discover how to get rid of them before they use up all of the console's memory?
Meanwhile, Kiki is miserable when she discovers that she is the only character in the console without a back story. The others attempt to cheer her up by writing one, but they cannot quite agree on how it should go...

Riley is excited when Major Nomad, a no-nonsense character from a special mission, arrives to stay in the console. While everyone seems to love her, Riley is feeling very left out, and Alexia and Claireparker find her just a little too perfect.

Alexia is desperate to look her best for the Ambassador's ball, and recruits the help of Aethelwynne and his beauty box to create the perfect look.
After accidentally ripping Alexia's dress, Sgt Riley heads off with Romford into Sentient Force armed with a needle and thread, where he struggles to make her a replacement dress using whatever materials he can find. Alexia learns a valuable lesson when she uses Aethelwynne's special face cream, which has a very undesired effect.
Meanwhile, a jump star arrives in the console for Mega Gino, and Claireparker, Kiki and Aethelwynne cannot help but open it and have a taste.

Romford has always been desperate for a body, so when Alexia suggests contacting a 'body parts' man, he is delighted. However, when it arrives, it is not exactly what he expected.
Kiki is entering the inter-console ballroom dancing competition but needs a partner. She decides to audition each of her friends to see who would be most suitable; now that Romford has a body, could this be his moment to shine?
Meanwhile, Sgt Riley is on his own in Sentient Force and comes across some strange alien enemies.

Claireparker is facing an uphill struggle trying to organise and enforce the cleaning rota. Her plans are further disrupted when a dashing pilot from the Flightplan game enters the console.
Impressed by his sophisticated ways and tales of global jet-setting, the rest of the gang go out of their way to help him, and Rex dreams of becoming an airplane pilot. However, the pilot might not quite be the man he has led everyone to believe, and after Kiki decides to sneak on board his plane, the gang have to rely on Rex's flying skills to get her back. Could a cockpit full of fruit instruments bring Kiki back to the console before it is too late?

Claireparker returns from Zombie City and is struggling to complete her next level.
Meanwhile, the famous gaming character Mega Gino visits the console and everyone is excited to meet him and take part in his well known Mini Games. However, Claireparker finds out that he is not as good at gaming as he makes out, and she soon finds herself having to try and outwit him.

Aethelwynne has a devilish goblin puzzle lock to solve, but cannot concentrate while the excitable puppies from an online dog show run riot in the console. Rex tries to make Alexia's dream of winning the contest a reality.

Legendary rock guitarist Kirk Beaglemayer arrives in the console from the game Rock Legend to the delight of Rex, his biggest fan. Needing a new singer for his band, Kirk decides to audition the group for a possible replacement. Who will win?
Aethelwynne tries desperately to shed his folk roots and become a rock god, whilst Riley is determined to learn a musical instrument. Kiki, Alexia and Claireparker form what they hope will be a chart-topping girlband, and Romford offers his services as their manager, although the lack of musical talent in the band forces him to take drastic measures. Rex is not keen to enter, however; could he be the best singer of them all?

A regular console upgrade gets interrupted and the console comes alive and decides that she wants to be a gaming character as well, with her own costume and special move. In order to have enough memory, she realises that she will need to delete various characters. The gang have to work together to try and find a way to overpower her and force her to reboot.
