In France, one day in 1980, the Parisian mechanic Jean-Louis Brozec was the victim of a motorcycle accident. At the same time, in Germany, Renate Matiessen, daughter of a billionaire, died after falling from a horse. But both come back to life very quickly and end up finding themselves in Paris, even though they were previously unaware of the existence of each other.
