In programme 4, Nico prepares Garlic and Miso Chicken; Harissa Cocktail Sausage Traybake with herby tahini yoghurt; and Seared Tuna with stonefruit salsa.

In episode 5, Nico prepares Bacon and Chicken Skewers with lime and coriander slaw; and Grilled Rack of Lamb with butterbean salad.

In the final episode, Nico makes a Hearty Sausage Hot Pot; Grilled Leek and Mushrooms in Rosemary Butter; and Spanish Rice.
