But with slow uptake from colleagues, and his custom Pride flag late to arrive, Aaron faces an uphill struggle and must pull out all the stops to make this a week to remember.

It's a busy day for Shore Things manager Nico who has to co-ordinate today's excursions with military precision.

Valiant Lady heads for her home port of Barcelona and the end of her fabulous cruise around the Mediterranean. While sailors enjoy their last hours on board, it's still business as usual for the crew, including eagle-eyed deck manager Vanessa. She must make sure that the two decks she manages are ready for their health and safety inspections. But with any issues potentially bringing the whole cruise to a halt, will she find everything up to scratch?
