Celebrations for the 75th anniversary of the estate opening to the public step up a gear as staff prepare for a three-day festival, Icons of the Sky, featuring Tiger Moth biplanes, helicopters and a Spitfire. Over in the safari park, VIP Manager Beth goes on a mission to reset the reputations of one of the park's least-loved animals: the hyenas.

There are some unexpected visitors in Longleat garden, the cameras are primed to investigate which mammal has made more progress in the waterways in 12 months than humans have in 30. Dr James Ford visits the Tower of London on a mission from Lord and Lady Bath to find out why their ancestor and builder of Longleat House, Sir John Thynne, was nearly executed at the Tower of London not once, but twice.

Also, Ryan deals with an unexpected hazard in the lion enclosure.

Rock royalty Ronnie Wood and his family visit Lord and Lady Bath for a look at his bronze sculpture in the Secret Garden. At Cheddar Gorge, cavers descend into 'The Frozen Deep' to measure what could be the largest cave chamber in the UK. In the Rhino enclosure, keepers work with a team of scientists to try to harvest the eggs from Lady Bath's favourite rhino in a bid to help save the Northern Grey Rhino from extinction.
