When Nanna is about to get a permanent job, she decides to celebrate with her night lover Lasse. At the same time, Lasse has to deal with an accusation made against him at the supermarket where he is the only Danish employee. But after a long day of miscommunication at both workplaces, they find themselves in each other's arms again

Lasse and Nanna move in together with help from their families. But Nanna gets a big surprise, which makes her seek advice from her loved ones before discussing it with Lasse. Lasse, however, thinks the problem is something else entirely and tries to find a solution so that Nanna can sleep better at night

It's Nanna's birthday, and her family is coming to visit so they can share their big news. Lasse wants to prove that he can be a good boyfriend and arranges the perfect birthday surprise for Nanna. At the same time, Nanna has received a message from her doctor, which sets off a series of lies.

Nanna and Lasse are having problems with their front door. Much to Lasse's annoyance, he has to ask his handyman father for help. His father's visit raises a lot of questions for both Nanna and Lasse about what kind of parents they want to be—and what kind they definitely don't want to be.

Nanna has trouble sleeping. She is beginning to be affected by her pregnancy and the reduction in her medication. Lasse can see that she is having a hard time and suggests that they have a dinner party so she can take her mind off things. But when Nanna gets an idea at work that puts her colleagues in a difficult situation, the dinner party suddenly becomes difficult to manage.

Nanna's past at the closed facility begins to catch up with her. Nanna and Lasse's relationship is affected by Nanna's changing moods. So when Nanna suddenly has to look after her niece, Lasse decides to go to a party with all his colleagues, where he lets loose and vents his frustrations.

Lasse is weighed down by his own guilty conscience. Nanna receives a job offer she cannot refuse, which distracts her from her other commitments. Lasse gets into a collision with a colleague and ends up saying something he cannot take back.

Nanna finds it difficult to forgive Lasse's infidelity. All of Nanna's problems and secrets begin to collide with each other. Nanna finds it difficult to keep track of everything. Lasse is called to a meeting about the new sous chef position, which is suddenly interrupted.

Nanna and Lasse take a break from each other. Nanna moves in with Lilje. She has to make a big decision that will affect her and Lasse's future. Lasse is having a terrible time and tries to make amends for recent conflicts.
