Chef Antonia will step in to lead a high-stakes undercover intervention, deploying trusted sous chef Nestor inside the kitchen to uncover the root causes of the restaurant's decline. What emerges is a volatile environment marked by staff infighting, excessive wait times, and unsanitary conditions - issues that threaten to dismantle everything the business has built. With closure looming, Antonia will take decisive action to restore order - mediating conflicts, revitalizing the team's passion, and implementing critical changes to both operations and culture. In a race against the clock, the transformation will test whether Gritz N' Wafflez can reclaim its identity and survive. 

Broken Spirits, a once-booming barbecue spot located on the beautiful Long Beach Promenade, has seen its numbers drop 40%. Now, with only three months before they'll have to close for good, owner Isaias has reached out to Chef Antonia Lofaso for help. With Antonia's sous-chef Nestor Milian embedded in the kitchen, they soon discover a disgusting workspace and a complete lack of leadership from the kitchen manager. Meanwhile, the front of the house is completely out of control. With the clock ticking towards closure, Antonia tries to improve Broken Spirits' procedures, food, and attitudes before Isaias' spirit is completely broken forever.

Chef Antonia Lofaso launches a secret investigation with her trusted sous-chef Nestor Milian deep undercover within the apathetic kitchen crew, openly drinking wait staff, and management desperately in need of an overhaul. Hidden cameras reveal culinary breaches, and Antonia must use all her skills to reinvigorate family recipes, shake things up with some signature cocktails, and inspire the team to give the brewery one last shot at redemption.
