Reverse Chase

In 2011, detective Xu Weizhang discovers the skeleton of an unidentified woman concealed within the ruins of the Scala Nightclub, a victim whose death had remained hidden for sixteen years. During the investigation, he unexpectedly makes contact with police officer Liu Xinjian in 1995, forging a connection that transcends time. Working together across two different eras, the pair advance the investigation from opposite ends of the timeline, exchanging clues and piecing together the truth. Their unprecedented collaboration ultimately leads to the resolution of a serial murder case that had been buried for sixteen years.
