After Simon and Dinah's midnight visit to the BRC, Lloyd has gone missing. Dinah is no closer to finding the source of the buzzing or to indentifying the creeper.

Lloyd still lies in a coma. Dinah notices a reaction from him when a fly buzzes near him. No-one else sees the reaction and everyone says she must have been mistaken. Simon examines the wood he and Dinah found, and tells Dinah that only wasps chew like that. The Demon Headmaster tells Rose his plans - he must have Dinah at the lab, soon.

Simon has found his way into the BRC and into big trouble, while the Demon Headmaster is intent on his experiment with the egg.

The egg hatches. Demon Headmaster persuades Mrs Hunter to bring Dinah to the BRC, and his trap is set.

Eve is programmed and Dinah has begun her quest to help Lloyd as the final contest begins.

The army accidentally triggers the cloning of the Demon Headmaster.

The Hunters are settling into their new house, but Harvey is uneasy – someone thinks they have seen the Demon Headmaster.
