Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty are joined by four-time Oscar nominee Saoirse Ronan at their cafe on Southend Pier. The hosts have tracked down Saoirse's most nostalgic dish, a Chinese takeaway she used to have with her father as a child living in New York that she's not been able to find anywhere in the UK. After contacting the grandson of the chef who invented the dish, who now lives in Taiwan, Jamie recreates this restaurant dish in a domestic kitchen. The boys also embrace their inner Willy Wonka, trying their hands at being chocolatiers.

On the menu tonight are Italian-inspired pork and crispy double crackling, laid on a bed of veg and creamy beans and topped with a tangy herb salsa. Sam also contributes a childhood favourite food, blending the flavours of Mexico and Scotland - haggis tacos complete with home-made corn tortillas, red onion pickle, salsa and avocado, while Joe gets a masterclass in making fresh pasta.

Guest Jack Dee revisits his days as a chef at the Ritz and shares memories of family camping holidays in France as a child. The hosts track down the campsite Jack's family stayed at and recreate the effect of a perfect rotisserie chicken, but in a domestic oven. Jamie also serves up a pot-roast pork wrapped in cured meat with sage and garlic and a side of celeriac, spinach and compote apple and rhubarb, while Jimmy rustles up an easy way of doing spicy veggie samosas.

Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty are joined by two-time world boxing champion Amir Khan, and recreate the favourite dish of Muhammad Ali. Having tracked down Ali's personal chef, together they take time out to make the delicious rack of lamb, scalloped potatoes and collard greens that the boxing legend enjoyed every week, bringing Amir closer to his hero through food. Jamie pushes the boat out with his Malaysian-inspired sea bass cooked in a beautiful fresh banana leaf and served with jasmine rice, rainbow salad and a chilli pickle, and Jimmy serves up some quick quesadillas that will impress even at short notice.

Jamie also celebrates the weekend with a scrumptious veggie tikka masala, with beautiful marinated and grilled veggies served with paneer cheese and amazing little pancakes to mop up the classic sauce. Jimmy has a smoking hot tip for oven-cooked barbecue ribs that looks impressive, but is actually super simple to do.
