Okay I'm a bit puzzled what to do with these. I noticed that besides the original 48 Hours these two shows are also added to the site

I don't watch any of those shows but from what little info i can find, while they do air on different channels they seem to simply be reruns of orignal 48 hours episodes, if that's the case shouldn't those shows be deleted and the titles added as aka's? Any of you guys know these shows and if they really are just reruns of if the episodes are enhanced etc.?
