As in the title, if both a network and web channel are set [which is allowed if they air the show simultaneously], the information on the show page where it says "Airs on:" only displays the network and not both (or Airs on & Streamed on)

It could be, but as even the FAQ says, it's rare so people might just not have been noticed.
It was indeed intentional. I'm not sure if it's best this way or not, but I think it's rare enough not to be considered a bug. :)
